The present invention relates to a method for preventing algal bloom in lakes or reservoirs using hydroponic growth of rice. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preventing algal bloom in lakes or reservoirs, which promotes hydroponic growth of rice to remove algal bloom in lakes or reservoirs and suppresses growth of blue-green algae or green algae in water using Rhodococcus sp. strain which coexists at the root of rice. In the present invention, nutrients required in hydroponic growth of rice are provided by inorganic nutrients in water of lakes or reservoirs such as nitrogen, phosphorous, etc. The rice produced in the present invention can be used for livestock feed. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: 1) providing a floating cast including a hole for mounting a pot and a hole for adjusting buoyancy; 2) sowing or transplanting rice to a pot filled with a support body including porous pumice stone and inserting the pot to the hole for mounting a pot in the floating cast; 3) adding fresh water including at least one of Rhodococcus sp. strain or Microbacterium sp. strain to the pot; and 4) floating the floating cast on a lake or a reservoir and hydroponically growing rice while adjusting degree of immersing the floating cast.본 발명은 벼의 수중재배를 이용한 호수 또는 저수지의 녹조방지 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 호수 또는 저수지의 녹조를 제거하기 위하여, 벼의 수중재배를 촉진하며, 수중 내 남조류 또는 녹조류의 생장을 억제하는 효과가 있고, 벼의 근계에 공생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로도코커스 속 균주를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호수 또는 저수지의 녹조 방지 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 벼의 수중재배에서 필요한 양분은 호수 또는 저수지의 수중에 함유된 질소나 인 등의 무기 양분을 이용하며, 생산된 벼는 가축 사료에 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
