PURPOSE: A multistage cutting apparatus is provided to rapidly discharge some of food materials located between inner and outer cylindrical cutting blades to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A multistage cutting apparatus(1) comprises a grip body(10), inner and outer cylindrical cutting blades(20,30), first and second discharging and pressing units(40,50), and a pressing body(60). The inner cylindrical cutting blade is coupled to the bottom of the grip body and is arranged between first and second through holes(13,15) of the grip body. The outer cylindrical cutting blade is formed outside the second through hole to be concentric with the inner cylindrical cutting blade. The first and second discharging and pressing units are movably coupled to the grip body through the first and second through holes. The bottom end of the first discharging and pressing unit is vertically moved inside the inner cylindrical cutting blade. The bottom end of the second cylindrical cutting blade is vertically moved in the space between the inner and outer cylindrical cutting blades.본 발명은 야채 또는 과일과 같은 다양한 식재료를 다단의 동심체들로 동시에 절단하여 상호 조합하거나 내부공간 내에 다른 식재료를 충전하여 조리할 수 있도록 함으로써 다양하면서도 새로운 형태의 음식물을 만들 수 있도록 하며 다단의 동심체들로 동시 절단된 식재료가 신속용이하게 외부로 배출될 수 있도록 한 다단동심형 절단장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 다단동심형 절단장치는, 상부면에는 슬라이딩홈이 함몰형성되고 정중앙에는 상기 슬라이딩홈과 연통되는 제 1 관통공이 형성되며 상기 제 1 관통공의 반경방향 외측에는 상기 슬라이딩홈과 연통되는 제 2 관통공이 형성되는 파지본체와, 상기 파지본체의 하부면에 결합되어 하부방향으로 돌출되고 상기 제 1 관통공과 상기 제 2 관통공 사이에 배열되는 내측 통형상 절단날과, 상기 파지본체의 하부면에 결합되어 하부방향으로 돌출되고 상기 제 2 관통공의 외측에 상기 내측 통형상 절단날과 동심형으로 배열되는 외측 통형상 절단날과, 상기 내측 통형상 절단날 내에서 하단이 상하이동되도록 상기 파지본체의 제 1 관통공을 관통하여 이동가능하게 결합되는 제 1 배출가압구와, 상기 내측 통형상 절단날과 상기 외측 통형상 절단날 사이공간 내에서 하단이 상하이동되도록 상기 파지본체의 제 2 관통공을 관통하여 이동가능하게 결합되는 제 2 배출가압구와, 상기 파지본체의 슬라이딩홈에 상하이동가능하게 결합되고 상기 제 1 배출가압구의 상단과 상기 제 2 배출가압구의 상단이 동시 결합되는 가압본체를 포함하여 이루어진다.
