A platinum complex DDS preparation exhibiting a high antitumor effect and side effect reduction required as a pharmaceutical, that is, a DDS of a clinically usable platinum complex characterized by being bound to a polymer carrier different from the conventional one. A formulation is desired. Platinum (II) in which the sulfoxide group of a sulfoxide derivative introduced into a side chain carboxy group in a block copolymer having a polyethylene glycol structural part and a polyaspartic acid part or a polyglutamic acid part is coordinated to platinum.
