To provide a lifting tool for a work on a tree capable of lifting, while changing two steps, and dispensing with removing a rope for a safety belt on the tree, when performing a work on the tree such as standing tree pruning.SOLUTION: Two steps 1, 2 to which rope ladders 3, 4 are attached respectively are linked together with a sling 5 to which a D ring 6 is attached, to thereby form an integral lifting tool for a work on a tree. In the lifting tool for a work on a tree, the two steps 1, 2 are attached to a trunk of a tree at an interval of 70-100 cm. Then, a hook 22 on the tip of a life-line rope 21 of a safety belt 20 is hooked on the D ring 6, and a work is performed, and lifting is carried out, while changing the two steps 1, 2 up and down successively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】立ち木の枝打ち等の樹上での作業を行う際に、２個のステップを付け替えながら昇降することができ、且つ、樹上で安全ベルトのロープを外す必要がない樹上作業用昇降具を提供する。【解決手段】ロープ梯子３，４を取り付けた２個のステップ１，２を、Ｄ環６を取り付けたスリング５で繋いで一体の樹上作業用昇降具とする。この樹上作業用昇降具は、２個のステップ１，２を７０～１００cmの間隔で樹木の幹に取り付ける。そして、安全ベルト２０の命綱ロープ２１先端のフック２２をＤ環６に引っ掛けて作業を行い、２個のステープ１，２を順次上下に付け替えながら昇降する。【選択図】図１
