PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel that can prevent a fracture of a moisture-proof protective film without applying an external force to the scintillator panel when a fracture portion of the moisture-proof protective film is sufficiently thin to cause the moisture-proof protective film to fracture in the scintillator panel including a phosphor layer formed on a flexible substrate and the moisture-proof protective film covering the phosphor layer.SOLUTION: In a scintillator panel comprising: a phosphor layer 24 formed on a flexible substrate 20 and a moisture-proof protective film 28 covering from a surface of the phosphor layer 24 to a surface facing a formation surface of the phosphor layer 24 of the flexible substrate 20, let a film thickness of the moisture-proof protective film 28 at a boundary location between a covered part of the moisture-proof protective film 28 and a non-covered part thereof on the flexible substrate 20 be aμm, a film thickness of the moisture-proof protective film 28 at a location away by 1 mm toward an outer periphery side of the flexible substrate 20 from the boundary location be bμm, and a film thickness of the moisture-proof protective film 28 of a surface of the phosphor layer 24 be cμm, the scintillator panel satisfies b-a>c*0.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】可撓性基板上に形成され蛍光体層と、蛍光体層を覆う防湿保護膜を備えるシンチレータパネルにおいて、防湿保護膜の破断箇所が十分に薄くなり、防湿保護膜の破断を行った際にシンチレータパネルに外力が加わらず破損することを防止できるシンチレータパネルを提供する。【解決手段】可撓性基板20上に形成した蛍光体層24と、蛍光体層24の表面から可撓性基板20の蛍光体層24の形成面に対向する面まで覆う防湿保護膜28とを備えるシンチレータパネルで、可撓性基板20上において防湿保護膜28の被覆部と非被覆部との境界位置の防湿保護膜28の膜厚をaμm、境界位置から可撓性基板20の外周側へ1mm離れた位置の防湿保護膜28の膜厚をbμm、蛍光体層24表面の防湿保護膜28の膜厚をcμmとしたときに、b-a>c×0.5を満たすことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
