A cannulated screw according to the present invention includes: a body portion including a screw thread protruding along an outer side surface and having a through-hole at the center； and a head portion having a connecting hole communicating with the through-hole at the center, wherein one side surface of the head portion is coupled with one end of the body portion and the other side surface of the head portion has the shape of a curved surface which has a concave central portion. According to the cannulated screw of the present invention, the head portion coming into contact with a guide wire has the shape of the curved surface which has the concave central portion. Accordingly, the guide wire is caused to be positioned at the center and the connecting hole of the cannulated screw can be easily found. The present invention further includes a washer having the shape of a curved surface which has a concave central portion, and thus the guide wire can be caused to be positioned at the center even in a range wider than the head portion. Accordingly, guide wire insertion into the connecting hole can be facilitated. As a result, the cannulated screw can be removed quickly and safely.본 발명에 따른 유관나사는 외측면을 따라 돌출되어 형성된 나사산을 포함하고, 중앙에 관통홀이 형성된 몸체부； 및 일측면이 상기 몸체부의 일단에 결합하고, 타측면이 중심부가 오목한 형상인 곡면으로 형성되며, 중앙에 상기 관통홀과 연통되는 연결홀이 형성된 머리부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따른 유관나사에 의하면, 가이드와이어와 맞닿는 머리부의 형상이 중심부가 오목한 곡면으로 형성되어 가이드와이어가 중앙으로 위치되도록 유도함으로써, 유관나사의 연결홀을 용이하게 찾을 수 있다. 또한 중심부가 오목한 곡면으로 형성된 와셔을 더 구비함으로써, 머리부보다 넓은 범위에서도 가이드와이어가 중앙으로 위치되도록 유도할 수 있어 가이드와이어를 연결홀로 용이하게 삽입시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 유관나사를 신속하고 안전하게 제거 할 수 있다.
