PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination apparatus capable of easily changing a configuration of duct lines.SOLUTION: A medical examination apparatus includes a spittoon unit 2 having a suction line SL and a drainage line DL. The spittoon unit 2 includes: a manifold module 21 for storing parts of the suction line SL and the drainage line DL in the inside and a drainage treatment module 22A having another portions of the suction line SL and the drainage line DL. The drainage treatment module 22A includes first line openings 211, 212, and 213 provided in the suction line SL and the drainage line DL and opened in a first direction. The manifold module includes a partition member 21A facing the drainage treatment module. The partition member 21A includes second line openings 201, 202, and 203 opened in a second direction facing the first direction.
