PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a chondroid sheet that contains aggrecan and type II collagen with a good balance between the amount of aggrecan and the amount of type II collagen.SOLUTION: This invention relates to culture in vitro of cells derived from a living body for regeneration treatment such as transplantation, and is a method for making a chondroid sheet in which after a mesenchymal stem cell suspension and culture solution are put in a container that includes the bottom surface of a porous membrane that is flat in the horizontal direction, a sheet-like cell mass formed by natural sedimentation is cultured in the container.
