PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a posture distortion evaluation method for inhibiting an elderly person from falling down, by presenting to a subject "a distortion age" converted from the magnitude of posture distortion using a variation between posture distortion at the time of linear walking and that at the time of standing still.SOLUTION: Respective predetermined parts of the head, left or right shoulder, and hip are measured using an evaluation system comprising motion capture means for measuring three-dimensional positions at the time of standing still and at the time of walking, a computer for calculating a distortion age, and a display device, storage device, or transmission means therefor. In the case that a shoulder position is located on a line connecting the left and right shoulders, y is defined as a distortion age, and x1 and x2 are defined as a distance between the head and the shoulder position at the time of standing still and a distance between the head and the hip at the time of walking, respectively, in a plan view, a posture distortion evaluation method includes: (1) measuring x1 at the time of standing still (2) measuring x2 at the time of walking (3) calculating y as a linear sum of a×x1, b×x2, and a constant c and (4) transmitting the distortion age y to a display unit where the coefficients a, b, c are calculated using a multiple regression analysis taking an actual age as an objective variable and taking measurement values of the x1 and x2 as explanatory variables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】直線歩行時と直立静止時の姿勢の歪みの変化量から、その姿勢歪みの大きさを「歪み年齢」に換算して被検者に提示することにより、高齢者の転倒を抑制する姿勢歪評価方法を提案する。【解決手段】静止時と歩行時の3次元位置を計測するモーションキャプチャ手段、歪み年齢を計算するコンピュータ、その表示装置や記憶装置または伝送手段を備える評価システムを用いて、頭、右または左の肩、腰の各々所定の部分を計測する。肩の位置は右左肩を結ぶ線上に置く。歪み年齢をyとし、平面図で、静止時の頭と肩との距離x1と、歩行時の頭と腰との距離をx2、とするとき、1)静止時のx1を計測し、2)歩行時のx2を計測し、3)yをa×x1とb×x2と定数cとの線形和で求め、4)歪み年齢yを表示部に伝送する。係数a、b、cは、実年齢を目的変数としx1とx2の測定値を説明変数とする重回帰分析で求める。【選択図】図4
