A non-solid skin conditioning composition, which is not removed, comprising: (a) 0.01 to 15% by weight of the 12-hydroxystearic acid composition； (b) from 0.1 to 30% by weight of the composition of a non-ionic surfactant comprising (b1) a high EHL ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil with an EHL above 10, and (b2) a castor oil low EHL ethoxylated hydrogenated with an EHL below 10, in which the weight ratio of high EHL ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil to low EHL ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil is 80:20 to 5:95； (c) an inorganic neutralizing agent in an amount to maintain the pH of the composition in a range of 5.5 to 8.0, wherein the neutralizing agent is selected from the group consisting of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide , magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc chloride, zinc oxide, aluminum chloride, aluminum hydroxide, oxide of aluminum and mixtures thereof； (d) from 0.05% to 10% of a thickening polymer selected from the group consisting of: i. biopolymer selected from the group consisting of carrageenan, furcelerán, pectin, alginate, agar, agarose, gellan gum, glucomannan, galactomannan, xanthan, modified cellulose, glucan or mixtures thereof； and ii. polymeric viscosity adjuvant selected from the group consisting of alkylated polyvinylpyrrolidones； ammonium / VP acryloyl dimethyl restaurant copolymer, (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -methacrylamide / 3-methacrylamidopropyl) -lauryl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride； and iii. mixtures thereof； and wherein the viscosity of the composition is in the range of 1 Pas to 500 Pas； YUna composición acondicionadora de la piel no sólida, que no se quita, que comprende: (a) del 0,01 al 15 % en peso de la composición de ácido 12-hidroxiesteárico； (b) del 0,1 al 30 % en peso de la composición de un tensioactivo no iónico que comprende (b1) un aceite de ricino hidrogenado etoxilado de alto EHL con un EHL por encima
