PURPOSE: A necklace frame for a cowhouse is provided to allow cows to scratch their neck by scrubbing their neck. CONSTITUTION: A necklace frame for a cowhouse comprises horizontal frames(100a,100b), longitudinal frames(200a,200b), an opening and shutting manipulation rod, a rotary support bar(400), a rotary bar(500), and a fixed supporter. An upper horizontal frame and a lower horizontal frame are position in parallel with each other and are fixed with an interval from each other. The longitudinal frames are installed with an interval along the horizontal frames. The center of the rotary support bar is installed to be bent at a designated angle. The fixed supporter is perpendicularly positioned between the upper horizontal frame and lower horizontal frame.
