Structure breaking method of bio-based material capable of lowering operational conditions such as processing pressure, temperature to reduce costs in equipment building as well as maintenance
Disclosed is a structure breaking method of bio-based material, which includes the following steps: (a) mixing the bio-based material with electrolyzed water and placing the mixture into a container (b) pressurizing the container up to a preset pressure and (c) maintaining the preset pressure for a preset time then releasing the pressure to a normal pressure, thereby obtaining a processed bio-based material. The disclosed method utilizes acidic and alkaline electrolyzed water as additives, which can catalyze hydrolysis of cell structure without causing environment pollutions. In addition, the disclosed method provides a better ratio of structure breaking than prior art and is suitable for mass production.
