PURPOSE: Producing methods of Fermented soybeans, dried Fermented soybeans, and Fermented soybean pills using Salvia plebeian are provided to secure the taste and nutrition of the fermented soybeans, and to remove the unique bad smell of the fermented soybeans,. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybeans using salvia plebeian comprises the following steps: washing salvia plebeian, and dehydrating and drying the salvia plebeian to the water content of 15-25%； extracting the dried salvia plebeian by doubling boiling or using a solvent； soaking soybeans in the salvia plebeian extract； mixing 110-130 parts of salvia plebeian extract by weight and 1,000 parts of soaked soybeans by weight in a pot, and boiling the mixture for 2-3 hours before slowly cooling； inserting the boiled soybeans in a basket after layering a hemp cloth, inserting rice straws into the soybeans； and aging the soybeans at 38-40 deg C for 2-3 days in a fermentation chamber.
