PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper for easily fitting the diaper to the abdominal part of a wearer when the diaper is used as a development type diaper by drawing fastening tapes.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 includes: an absorbent body 2 having an absorbent core 23 and an external body 2 having an abdominal part 3 and a back part 4 which are connected to each other. A part of the abdominal part 3 is fixed to one end of the absorbent body 2 in the longitudinal direction, and a part of the back part 4 is fixed to the other end of the absorbent body 2 in the longitudinal direction. The abdominal part 3 has a central part 31 and a pair of outer parts 34, 34 successively arranged via guide break lines 33, 33. The fastening tapes 5 are drawn from the outer parts 34 which are separated by breaking of the guide break lines 33. The partial portions 33b of the guide break lines 33 are bent so as to enter the outer parts 34. Knob parts are formed on the side parts of the center part 31 by breaking the guide break lines 33.
