PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the shortcomings of a conventional popcorn manufacturing apparatus that it takes much time for operation, maintenance or cleaning because members stand in the way or it can not be moved before removing the members since a pan or the members extended from above a lid is present when a user handles the pan or the lid in operation, maintenance or cleaning.SOLUTION: Popcorn manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a case 2A, the pan 6, which is provided in this case 2A, the lid 6B, which can open or close to the pan 6, a heater 4, which heats the pan 6, an agitator 5C, which agitates a popcorn material within the pan 6, and a rotating shaft 5, which rotates the agitator 5C. The rotating shaft 5 projecting through an opening (a protrusion 6A and a hole 6a) which is formed at the pan 6 from the center of the topside of the heater 4, and besides the heater 4 can be arranged so as not to move with the tilt of the pan 6, and also it is supported tiltably by a support 3 provided on an inside surface of the case 2A.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のポップコーン製造装置では、操作や保守・清掃時に鍋や蓋を扱う際に該鍋や該蓋の上方から延びた部材が存在するために該部材が邪魔になったり、それら部材を取り外したうえでなければ移動させることができず、操作や保守・清掃に手間がかかる点を解消する。【解決手段】ポップコーン製造装置1は、ケース2Aと、このケース2A内に設けられた、鍋6、鍋6に対して開閉自在とされた蓋6B、該鍋6を加熱するヒータ4、鍋6内のポップコーン原料を撹拌する撹拌棒5C、撹拌棒5Cを回転させる回転シャフト5、を備え、回転シャフト5をヒータ4上面中央から鍋6に形成した開口部(突部6A及び孔6a)を通じて突出させ、かつヒータ4を鍋6が傾動で移動しないように配置可能とすると共にケース2Aの内側面に設けた支持部3により傾動可能に支持される構成とした。【選択図】図2
