PURPOSE: A producing method of a honeycomb extract is provided to 100% recycle surplus honeycombs generated as a beekeeping byproduct. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a honeycomb extract comprises the following steps: double-boiling honeycombs for completely melting, and cooling the molten honeycombs for collecting beeswax from the upper side； separating honey bee residues from the liquid； condensing the supernatant to obtain a product in a honey form； and bottle packing the obtained extract.본 발명은 벌집 추출물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 양봉 부산물인 잉여 벌집의 100% 활용이 가능하여 즉각적인 실용화가 이루어질 수 있는 포장의 형태를 제시하여 새로운 양봉산물의 개발 및 실용화가 가능한 벌집 추출물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 항산화ㆍ항균 효과가 우수한 새로운 양봉산물을 개발하여 양봉 농가의 소득 향상에 기여하는 효과를 볼 수 있다.
