PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic that obtains puffy feeling and moist feeling of a lip and improves the smoothness of the lip by using it continuously.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the lip cosmetic containing a component (a) a humus extract, which is an aqueous solvent extract, wherein the extract contains 100 mg/L or more of humin and/or 0.1 to 100 mg/L of fulvic acid, when dissolved or suspended in water, so that the extract concentration becomes 0.5 mass%.
