The present invention relates to a control apparatus of a syringe for fine needle examination which pumps the syringe for fine needle examination, absorbs and extracts a body tissue through a needle of the syringe, comprising: a housing which fixes a cylinder of the syringe to be attached thereto and detached therefrom and has a withdrawal space in which a piston of the syringe is taken out from the cylinder and a piston driving unit which is equipped in the housing, provides a driving force to the piston, and takes out the piston from the cylinder or puts the piston into the cylinder. According to the present invention, the piston of the syringe is automatically taken out by the piston driving unit, with the syringe fixed to the housing, thereby enabling an operator to control an ultrasonic probe and the syringe without a help of a secondary operator and, at the same time, to stably absorb a tissue of a lesion site by a thin needle aspiration without damage to a peripheral tissue.
