PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce a probability of failing to collect a bio-tissue.SOLUTION: A biopsy needle device 1 is so configured that, after an inner needle 2 is shot in response to an unlocking operation of inner needle locking means 8, a piston retraction spring 15 retracts a piston 14 in response to an unlocking operation of piston locking means 16 to generate a negative pressure in a recess 2a of the inner needle 2 and suck a biological tissue in the recess 2a, after that an outer needle 3 is shot in response to an unlocking operation of outer needle locking means 9 so as to cut and collect the bio-tissue entering the recess 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】生体組織の採取に失敗する確率を飛躍的に低減させる。【解決手段】生検針装置１は、内針係止手段８の係止解除操作に応じた内針２の発射後、ピストン係止手段１６の係止解除操作に応じてピストン後退バネ１５がピストン１４を後退させることにより、内針２の凹部２ａに負圧を発生させて該凹部２ａ内に生体組織を吸引し、その後、外針係止手段９の係止解除操作に応じて外針３を発射させて凹部２ａに入り込んだ生体組織を切断採取するように構成される。【選択図】図６
