PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate vibration before puncturing the blood collection region of a biological body surface more reliably than in the conventional manner.SOLUTION: A puncture tool holding part 33 that holds a puncture tool 2 is connected to a body part 30 via a spring 34 while being separated from the base end face 32D of the body part 30 by a distance larger than the puncture depth of the puncture tool 2, and both ends of an electrode 41 provided on the body part 30 and electrodes 42 and 43 provided on the puncture tool holding part 33 are arranged to be separated from each other by a distance larger than the puncture depth of the puncture tool 2. Accordingly, unless the puncture tool 2 is pushed in the tip direction, a switch part 37 does not turn on, a voltage is not applied to a motor 36, and vibration cannot be generated.
