The dynamic blood glucose monitoring device (1) dynamically detects, in real time, the blood glucose concentration values of a user, and sends the blood glucose concentration values of the user to the mobile communication terminal (2), and the blood glucose concentration values of the user are dynamically displayed on a display screen of the mobile communication terminal (2). The mobile communication terminal (2) transmits, by means of the remote communication network (5), the blood glucose concentration values of the user to the medical monitoring platform (3), so that a doctor can dynamically and remotely track, in real time, the blood glucose concentration level of the user.
