The absorbent pad group comprises several absorbent pads detachably superimposed in sequence to abut against each other. The spacer is detachably disposed on the body and the absorbent pad group. The spacer has two ends that are each provided with an elastic portion. A plurality of through-holes is formed in the spacer. The disclosed diaper has the following advantages: the user only needs to discard the absorbent pads contaminated with excrement, making another uncontaminated absorbent pad the uppermost layer. In addition, with each elastic portion of the spacer, the butt skin is not in contact with the absorbent pad group, and excrement can flow into the absorbent pads through the through-holes.
