The extraction hole (1a) is implemented with a possibility of providing of extraction of the lowermost cotton pad by grabbing of peripheral area (9b) of the cotton pad (9) with a forefinger and a thumb, and pulling of a cotton pad from the extraction hole (1a) by means of deformation of the cotton pad (9).
