According to various embodiments, a system can be provided to separate undifferentiated cells and/or stromal cells from a whole tissue sample. The whole tissue sample can be any appropriate tissue sample obtained directly from a patient. The tissue sample can be obtained during a selected operating procedure for immediate or quick application or re-application to the patient.
