A dental guidance assembly that includes: (a) a rigid body comprising at least one tooth-shaped recess and a coupling structure； and (b) at least two dental bur guides that are each: structured to securely and removably couple to said coupling structure, and comprising an elongated slot having the following measurements: a length of 4 to 40 millimeters, a width of 1 to 4 millimeters, and a depth of 2 to 10 millimeters. The elongated slot extends along a portion of a circumference of a treated tooth, wherein the elongated slots of said at least two dental bur guides have complementary structures, such that, together, the elongated slots are configured to facilitate a limitation of the motion of a dental bur to: an entirety of the circumference of a treated tooth, and a depth suitable to form a shoulder on the treated tooth, for receiving a dental restoration.La présente invention concerne un ensemble de guidage dentaire qui comprend : a) un corps rigide comprenant au moins une cavité en forme de dent et une structure de couplage； et (b) au moins deux guides pour fraise dentaire qui sont chacun : structuré pour pour se raccorder de manière sûre et amovible à ladite structure de couplage, et comprenant une fente allongée ayant les mesures suivantes : une longueur de 4 à 40 millimètres, une largeur de 1 à 4 millimètres et une profondeur de 2 à 10 millimètres. La fente allongée s'étend le long d'une partie d'une circonférence d'une dent traitée, les fentes allongées desdits deux guides pour fraise dentaire ou plus ayant des structures complémentaires, de telle sorte que, ensemble, les fentes allongées sont conçues de façon à faciliter une restriction du mouvement d'une fraise dentaire à : la totalité de la circonférence d'une dent traitée, et une profondeur appropriée pour former un épaulement sur la dent traitée, pour recevoir une restauration dentaire.
