The present invention relates to an endoscope for exploring a peritoneum of a patient, the endoscope comprising: a light emitter for emitting light at the peritoneum； a light detector for capturing the light reflected back by the peritoneum and generating therefrom three sets of image data, each respectively being image data of one of three different wavelengths of interest； wherein each of the wavelength of interest is respectively within : a first wavelength range of 440 to 460 nm, a second wavelength range of 450 to 470 nm and a third wavelength range of 490 to 510 nm. The invention also relates to a medical imaging system comprising the endoscope, an acquisition method for acquiring medical image of a peritoneum of a patient and an imaging method for imaging thereof.La présente invention décrit un endoscope destiné à examiner le péritoine d'un patient, l'endoscope comprenant : un émetteur de lumière pour émettre de la lumière au niveau du péritoine ； un détecteur de lumière pour capturer la lumière reflétée en retour par le péritoine et générant depuis ce dernier trois ensembles de données d'image, étant respectivement chacune des données d'image de l'une des trois différentes longueurs d'onde d'intérêt ； chacune de la longueur d'onde d'intérêt étant respectivement à l'intérieur : d'une première plage de longueurs d'onde de 440 à 460 nm, d'une seconde plage de longueurs d'onde de 450 à 470 nm et d'une troisième plage de longueurs d'onde de 490 à 510 nm. L'invention concerne également un système d'imagerie médicale comprenant l'endoscope, un procédé d'acquisition destiné à l'acquisition d'une image médicale d'un péritoine d'un patient et un procédé d'imagerie pour l'imagerie de ce dernier.
