PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid formulation suppressed in or decreased in discoloration with time caused by simultaneously compounding a ketotifen fumarate and a cation-responding type polymer, by settling the fact that, to provide a liquid formulation having excellent effects and high persistence, supply of a liquid formulation composition which was compounded with the ketotifen fumarate and the cation-responding type polymer and whose pH is 5-7 is tested, but the resultant composition is discolored with time and so the composition is difficult to be supplied as a medicine.SOLUTION: A liquid formulation which comprises the ketotifen fumarate, the cation-responding type polymer and polyethylene glycol and has a pH of 4.5-7 is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 優れた効果と高い持続性を有する液剤を提供するために、フマル酸ケトチフェンおよびカチオン応答型高分子を配合しpHが5~7の液剤組成物を提供することを試みた。しかし、得られた組成物は経時的に着色してしまい、医薬品として提供することが難しいことがわかった。本発明は、フマル酸ケトチフェンとカチオン応答型高分子とを同時に配合することにより生じる経時的な着色を抑制もしくは軽減した液剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 フマル酸ケトチフェン、カチオン応答型高分子およびポリエチレングリコールを配合し、pHが4.5~7である液剤。【選択図】 なし
