PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized soybean skin separator capable of separating skins from pulverized soybeans with high yield.SOLUTION: A vibration box 5 is supported in a stationary box 2. The vibration box 5 includes a vibration screen part 5a to which a screening mesh 7 is fixed, and a guide passage part 5c in communication with the front side of the vibration screen part. The screen mesh 7 allows pulverized soybeans and pulverized skins to remain on the screen mesh and screens out small pieces of pulverized soybeans onto the bottom 5a. The guide passage part has the bottom 5a extending from the vibration screen part and an opening 5f at the end. A suction pipe 8 is fixed to the stationary box 2 and a suction port 8a at the end thereof is disposed opposite to the upper face of the screening mesh 7. Air in the vibration box is sucked from the suction port to the outside, so that pulverized skins can be sucked and removed. The vibration box 5 is vibrated in inclined vertical direction, so that the pulverized soybeans on the screening mesh 7 and the small pieces on the bottom 5a are moved forward to be discharged from the opening 5f of the guide passage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉砕大豆から皮の分離等を歩留まり良く行うことができる粉砕大豆の皮分離装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 固定函2内に振動函5を支持し、振動函5は篩網7が固設された振動篩部5aと、振動篩部の前側に連通した誘導通路部5cとを具備し、篩網7は粉砕大豆と粉砕皮を篩網上に残し、粉砕大豆の微小片を底面5a’に篩落とすように構成する。上記誘導通路部は振動篩部から連続する底面5a’とその先端に開口部5fを有し、固定函2に吸引管8を固定すると共にその先端の吸引口8aを篩網7の上面に対向して設け、吸引口から振動函内の空気を外部に吸引することにより粉砕皮を吸引除去し得るように構成する。そして、振動函5を傾斜した斜め上下方向に振動させることにより、上記篩網7上の粉砕大豆及び底面5a’上の微小片を前進させ、上記誘導通路部の開口部5fから排出し得るように構成する。【選択図】 図1
