A self-applicator for a liquid pain reliever according to the present invention comprises: a fixing member (110) in which a liquid pain reliever (10) is inserted and fixed as an upper end diverges and having radial angle adjusting grooves (112) radially formed on both outer side walls thereof； a connection member (120) in which a fore end part formed to be bent at the center of the angle adjusting grooves (112) is inserted so that the fixing member (110) is rotatable and a fore end facing surface is inserted into the angle adjusting grooves (112) so that the fixing member (110) can stop at an angle corresponding to the angle adjusting grooves (112)； and a handle (130) provided at an extended rear end of the connection member (120) to be held. According to the present invention, a user can directly apply the liquid pain reliever to an affected part while fixing the liquid pain reliever in the fixing member and holding the handle, so it is possible to apply the liquid pain reliever to the affected area without using an arm.개시된 본 발명에 따른 물파스 자가 도포기는, 상단이 벌어지면서 물파스(10)가 삽입 후 고정되며, 양쪽 외측벽에 반지름 방향의 각도조절홈(112)이 방사상으로 형성되는 고정부재(110)； 상기 고정부재(110)가 회전될 수 있게 상기 각도조절홈(112)의 중심에 절곡 형성된 선단 단부가 삽입되고, 상기 고정부재(110)가 상기 각도조절홈(112)에 대응하는 각도에서 정지될 수 있도록 선단 대향면이 상기 각도조절홈(112) 내에 삽입되는 연결부재(120)； 및 상기 연결부재(120)의 연장된 후단에 파지를 위해 구비되는 손잡이(130)를 포함한다.
