The two-pack type hair-dyeing or -bleaching preparation (1) of the invention comprises the first lotion (A1) containing an alkali agent, the second lotion (A2) containing hydrogen peroxide, and a squeeze container (6) for ejecting a mixed lotion (A3) composed of the first and second lotions (A1, A2) in the form of foam. The first lotion (A1) or the second lotion (A2) contains a foaming agent and the mixed lotion (A3) exhibits a viscosity (at 25°C) of 1 to 100mPa s. The squeeze foamer (5) of the squeeze container (6) comprises a gas-liquid mixing chamber (12), a foam homogenizing means (14) for homogenizing the foam of the mixed lotion formed in the chamber (12), and an ejection opening (17) for ejecting the homogenized foam and the ratio of the total volume of the first and second lotions to the capacity of the container body is 0.30 to 0.60.
