A method for dyeing or bleaching the hair by ejecting a mixed lotion (A3) composedof the first lotion (A1) and second lotion (A2) constituting a two-pack type hair-dyeingor -bleaching composition from a squeeze container (6) in the form of foam andapplying the foam to the hair, wherein the squeeze container (6) comprises a containerbody (4) and a squeeze foamer (5). At least either of the first and second lotions(A1, A2) contains a foaming agent and the first and second lotions (A1, A2) areselected so as to give a mixed lotion exhibiting a viscosity (at 25°C) of1 to 100mPa s. The first lotion (A1) is mixed with the second lotion (A2) in thecontainer body (4) in such a way that no bubbling occurs and then the squeeze container(6) is squeezed in a standing state in order to inhibit the mixed lotion (A3) fromreaching to an air suction passage (12) of the squeeze foamer (5). Thus, the mixedlotion composed of the first and second lotions constituting a two-pack typehair-dyeing or -bleaching composition can be ejected from the squeeze containerstably in the form of fine foam.
