Phenyl nitrone compounds containing stilbene segment and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided. The above compounds can be used for treating cancer and also can be used as neuroprotective agent. Preparation method of the above compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the above compounds and their use in the preparation of anti-tumor medicines are also provided.La présente invention concerne des composés phénylnitrone contenant un segment stilbène et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les composés ci-dessus peuvent être utilisés pour traiter le cancer et aussi comme agents neuroprotecteurs. Elle concerne aussi une méthode de préparation des composés ci-dessus, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les composés ci-dessus et leur utilisation dans la préparation de médicaments antitumoraux.
