PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise three-dimensional gathers from a dented part provided on an absorbent article.SOLUTION: An absorbent article with three-dimensional gathers includes: a surface sheet 22 making contact with a skin of a wearer a body fluid absorber 23 provided on a reverse face side of the surface sheet 22 and a leakage prevention sheet provided on a reverse face side of the absorber 23 for preventing the migration of body fluids to a reverse face, and has three-dimensional gathers which rise to a using surface side by contracting force of an elastic expanding and contracting member 31 in use and dented parts 27 dented toward a center in a width direction on both sides in intermediate parts in a front-back direction of the absorber 23. A region enclosed at least by the dented part 27 is an easily bending part 28 that is more flexible than the absorber 23, and the easily bending part 28 is configured to work in tandem with the rising of the three-dimensional gathers. A boundary position between the easily bending part 28 and the dented part 27 or the vicinity of the outside of the dented part 27 is formed to have higher rigidity than the other parts of the easily bending part 28.
