PURPOSE: A composition with photo-responsive viscosity change, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable the light control of release of a target material. CONSTITUTION: A composition with photo-responsive viscosity change contains coumarin, a target material, and a cyclodextrin polymer which is formed by polymerizing cyclodextrin. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of crosslinking cyclodextrin, and preparing the cyclodetrin polymer； and a step of dissolving the cyclodextrin polymer, courmarin, and the target material in the water, and preparing an aqueous composition.본 발명은 사이클로 덱스트린을 중합시켜 형성된 사이클로 덱스트린 고분자, 쿠마린 및 목적물질을 함유하고, 광 조사에 의해 조성물의 점도가 조절되어 상기 목적물질의 방출을 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광응답성 수상 조성물을 개시한다.
