PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodialysis apparatus capable of returning blood to a patient even if new dialysate solution is not supplied.SOLUTION: A hemodialysis apparatus 1 includes: a dialysate solution circuit 4 consisting of a dialysate solution supply passage and a dialysate solution recovery passage a blood circuit 3 consisting of an artery side passage and a venous side passage a blood pump 14 disposed on the artery side passage a fluid replacement passage 5 which make the dialysate solution supply passage communicate with the blood circuit releasing means 43 to release the air-tight dialysate solution circuit to the outside. When the blood inside the blood circuit is returned to a patient, the dialysate solution circuit is released to the outside by the releasing means, the fresh dialysate solution in the dialysate solution supply passage is caused to flow into the blood circuit through the fluid replacement passage, and the retransfusion is performed by the dialysate solution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 血液透析装置1は、透析液供給通路および透析液回収通路からなる透析液回路4と、動脈側通路および静脈側通路からなる血液回路3と、上記動脈側通路に配置された血液ポンプ14と、上記透析液供給通路と上記血液回路とを連通させる補液通路5と、密閉された透析液回路を外部に開放する開放手段43とを備えている。上記血液回路内の血液を患者へ返血する際には、上記開放手段により透析液回路を外部に開放させて、上記透析液供給通路の新鮮な透析液を上記補液通路を介して血液回路に流通させ、当該透析液により返血する。【効果】 新たな透析液が供給されなくなった場合であっても患者に返血をすることができる。【選択図】 図2
