PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand cream which is useful for the operation of icons with a fingertip by paying attention to conductivity of the cream that is conventionally ignored, while maintaining characteristics of the conventional hand cream.SOLUTION: A hand cream is characterized in that a conductive component is added to a cream component. The conductive component comprises at least one of a silver-based component (including silver or a silver compound), a copper-based component (including copper or a copper compound), a gold component (including gold or a gold compound), an aluminum-based component (represented by Al, including Al or Al compound), and ions of these compounds, having electric conductivity of 40×106 siemens/m or more.
