A method for manufacturing a functional mask pack sheet having electrical conductivity according to the present invention comprises following steps of: manufacturing a gel non-woven fabric by immersing an essence gel in a lyocell non-woven fabric； applying a silver composition to a polypropylene film surface to form a silver film in which a silver composition layer is formed； contacting the silver composition layer of the silver film and the lyocell non-woven fabric of the gel non-woven fabric to laminate the same at a temperature of 170 to 180°C； and aging a sheet for 24 to 48 hours in an aging chamber at 80 to 90°C and rolling the same through a roller.본 발명에 따른 전기전도성을 가지는 기능성 마스크팩 시트의 제조방법은 리오셀 부직포에 에센스 겔을 침지하여 겔 부직포를 제조하는 단계, 은 조성물을 폴리프로필렌 필름 표면에 도포하여 은 조성물층이 형성된 은 필름을 제조하는 단계, 은 필름의 은 조성물층과 겔 부직포의 리오셀 부직포를 접촉시켜 170~180℃의 온도에서 합지하는 단계, 합지된 겔 부직포 및 은 필름에서 폴리프로필렌 필름을 제거하는 단계 및 80℃ 내지 90℃의 숙성실에서 24 내지 48시간 숙성한 후 롤러를 통해 롤링하는 단계를 포함한다.
