PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical method for manufacturing a patch preparation causing reduced manufacturing loss, which can provide a patch preparation which has a sufficiently high skin permeation amount of a drug without increasing the area and thickness of an adhesive layer, and hardly causes precipitation of crystal of the drug in the extreme.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the patch preparation 1 includes: pouring a composition for forming the adhesive layer into a container 11 having a concave part 12 with a shape corresponding to a patch preparation to be manufactured, wherein the composition contains a drug, an adhesive polymer and an organic solvent removing the organic solvent from the composition through drying to form a drug-containing adhesive layer 3 in the concave part 12 and then laminating a support 2 on the drug-containing adhesive layer 3 to give the patch preparation 1 comprising the drug-containing adhesive layer 3 formed on one surface of the support 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】製造ロスを減少させ、経済的な貼付製剤の製造方法の提供。粘着剤層の面積および厚さを増大させずとも、十分に高い薬物の皮膚透過量が得られ、しかも、薬物の結晶の析出が極めて生じ難い、貼付製剤を得ることができる、貼付製剤の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】貼付製剤1の製剤方法であって、製造予定の貼付製剤に対応する形状の凹部12を有する容器11に、薬物、粘着ポリマー及び有機溶媒を含有する粘着剤層形成用組成物を流し込み、該組成物から前記有機溶媒を乾燥除去して前記凹部12内で薬物含有粘着剤層3を形成した後、該薬物含有粘着剤層3に支持体2を積層して、薬物含有粘着剤層3を支持体2の片面に備えた貼付製剤1を得ることを特徴とする、貼付製剤の製造方法。【選択図】図1
