PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a borer suitable for a boring work after anastomosing a connection tube to a tubular organ.SOLUTION: The borer 1 includes: an external cylinder 3 to be inserted to a connection tube such as a bypass blood vessel anastomosed to a tubular organ such as an aorta a hollow and cylindrical cutter 4 that is to be inserted into the external cylinder 3 while being movable in the axial direction with respect to the external cylinder 3, and where a cutter head 21 having a blade 23 as a boring part for a tubular wall is arranged on the distal end side so as to be projected more forward than the external cylinder 3 a spiror (R) 5 as an incision member that is to be inserted into the cuter 4 while being movable in the axial direction with respect to the cutter 4, and where a spiral shape blade 32 to function as an incision part for a tubular wall and a holding part for the tubular wall incised with the incision part is arranged on the distal end side so as to be projected to the anterior part of the blade 23 of the cutter 4 with the axial movement with respect to the cutter 4 and a drive mechanism 6 for allowing the cutter 4 and the spiror (R) 5 to respectively independently move in the axial direction with respect to the external cylinder 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】管状器官に接続管を吻合した後の穿孔作業に適した穿孔器を提供する。【解決手段】大動脈等の管状器官に吻合されたバイパス血管等の接続管内に挿入可能な外筒3と、外筒3に対して軸線方向に移動可能な状態で外筒3内に挿入され、先端側には管壁の穿孔部としてのブレード23を有するカッタヘッド21が外筒3よりも前方に突出するようにして設けられた中空筒状のカッタ4と、カッタ4に対して軸線方向に移動可能な状態でカッタ4内に挿入され、先端側には管壁の切開部、及び切開部にて切開された管壁の保持部として機能する螺旋状のブレード32が、カッタ4に対する軸線方向の移動に伴ってカッタ4のブレード23の前方に突出できるようにして設けられた切開部材としてのスパイラ5と、外筒3に対して、カッタ4及びスパイラ5をそれぞれ独立して軸線方向に移動させる駆動機構6と、を穿孔器1に備え付ける。【選択図】図1
