FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: production includes casting of prosthesis wax composition into a cuvette in the reverse way, wax melting, insulating material application, gypsum mould filling, cuvette parts joining and compressing, prosthesis polishing, grinding and polishing. At that, artificial teeth are used which are provided in advance with retention channels made on the contact surfaces of each artificial tooth not higher than the level of the artificial gum and connected to the retention channels made from the flat surface side of the artificial tooth facing the base material. After wax melting, without cooling the cuvettes, two layers of Izo-sol insulating lacquer are applied successively to the edges and connecting elements of the cuvette with drying of each layer. Then, the teeth surfaces with retention channels are treated with an adhesive based on methacrylate oligomers and lighted with a photopolymerizer with a radiation range of 360-500 nm for 30 seconds. A solution of polymethylsiloxane with a molecular weight of 1000 amu is applied on the edges, contact and connecting elements of the cuvette, then on the surface of the "Nolatek" basic material. After compression and removal of excess basic material, thermal polymerization is carried out at a temperature of 120°C for 25-30 minutes.
