PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing display device which displays an image of a subject in an easily recognizable fashion by configuring the subject three dimensionally thereby achieving reduction in radiographic image interpretation time, and to provide an image processing display program.SOLUTION: The image processing display device of an embodiment can display tomographic images of multiple cross sections prepared in such a way that a surface orthogonal to the thickness direction of the subject becomes the cross section, and includes an image preparation means and a display control means. The image preparation means receives designation of a line segment passing through one, two or more points within the region of interest on the displayed tomographic image, and prepares a cross-sectional image which includes the line segment and in which the surface different from the tomographic image is the cross section, on the basis of the tomographic images of the multiple cross sections.
