The present invention provides a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic having a superior sense of fullness and also a superior moisturizing effect and sensation during use. This water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic is characterized in comprising the following (A) to (D), the proportion of the component (b1) relative to the component (A) and the component (B) being 40-85%: (A) 20.5-10 mass% bis-diglyceryl polyacyladipate, (B) an oil component including (b1), (b1) a volatile oil component having low compatibility with (A), (C) an emulsifier, (D) 60-90 mass% aqueous component.
