The present invention relates to a vector for expressing a heavy chain C-terminal region protein of botulinumtoxin type E, which includes: a simian virus 40 (SV40) enhancer, a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promotor, and a polynucleotide fragment of codon-optimized botulinumtoxin type E, which are sequentially connected. Also, the present invention relates to a transgenic cell transformed by the vector and to a method for synthesizing a heavy chain C-terminal region protein of botulinumtoxin type E by using the same.
