PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely place an indwelling implement inside the living body.
SOLUTION: The indwelling implement is composed of a clip to be placed in the living body and a magnetic body 20 which are connected to each other with a wire. The magnetic body 20 is polarized into two sections by a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis. One section 20A is polarized as the N pole and the other section 20B is polarized as the S pole. When magnetic forceps 30, as a magnet generator, are brought close to a luminal organ W1 from outside, the luminal organ W1 is attracted to the N pole of the magnetic forceps 30. Then, the S-pole part 20B of the magnetic body 20 is brought into contact with the inner wall of the luminal organ W1, and the tissue including a lesion is raised.
