PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis supporting device which can distribute an alert to the best distribution destination according to the degree of importance of a medical report.SOLUTION: A diagnosis supporting device 13 includes: a medical report acquisition unit 51 for acquiring a medical report； an importance degree determination unit 52 for determining the degree of importance of the medical report； a distribution destination determination unit 53 for determining the distribution destination of an alert according to a medical report by using the degree of importance； and a distribution unit 54 for distributing an alert to the distribution destination determined by the distribution destination determination unit.
