A plurality of fan-shaped supports (16) are partially overlapped and placed in a spiral form on a hollow pillar member (12) fixed to the upper center of a body (10) including a water supply pump (30) and a water collection plate (38). A fan-shaped cultivation tray (24), including a plurality of drains (42) placed on the floor (40), is placed on the fan-shaped supports (16) to be withdrawable. A water supply pipe (26), connected to the water supply pump (30) and including a water conduit (36), is installed on the hollow pillar member (12). As such, the present invention is capable of cultivating a large number of various sprouts even in a small space, reducing costs for maintenance and manufacturing through a simplified structure, having excellent operational reliability and space use, and making the cultivation and harvest of sprouts more convenient.본 발명에서는 나선형 계단식 새싹 재배기가 개시된다. 개시된 새싹 재배기는 급수펌프(30)와 물회수판(28)이 구비된 본체(10)의 상부 중앙에 고정된 중공형 기둥부재(12)에는 여러개의 부채꼴형 받침대(16)들이 서로 일부가 겹쳐지도록 나선형으로 배치되어 있고, 상기 부채꼴형 받침대(16)위에는 바닥(40)에 여러개의 배수구멍(42)을 가진 부채꼴형 재배트레이(24)가 인출가능하게 얹혀져 있으며, 상기 중공형 기둥부재(12)에는 상기 급수펌프(30)와 연결되며 급수도관(36)을 가진 물공급관(26)이 구비되어 있다.이에 따라, 협소한 공간에서도 다종, 대량의 새싹을 재배할 수 있고, 구조의 단순화를 도모하여 제조비용과 유지보수비용을 절감시켜 줄 수 있으며, 작동신뢰성과 공간활용도가 매우 우수하고, 새싹재배와 수확을 보다 편리하게 할 수 있게 된다.
