The present invention relates to algicidal bacteria among aerobic bacteria strains and random bacteria strains which can control algae exiting under water such as rivers. Particularly, the present invention relates to nature-friendly algicidal bacteria, capable of reducing and controlling generation of green algae, which can effectively control green algae, generated under water, before and after generation of the green algae. In order to innovatively control Microsystis sp. (particularity, Microsystis aeruginosa), which is a dominant species of blue-green algae, which generate green algal bloom, four strains Rhizobium sp, Aeromonas medis, Aeromonas caviae, and Stenotrophmonas maltophilia and six strains of Enterobacter sp., Arthrobacter sp., Comamonas sp., Enterobacter sp., Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, and Microbacterium sp. for effectively controlling Anabana Flos-aquae are selected to form a microorganism group. The strains are independently used or mixed appropriately for the purpose, are attached to the inside of a microspore (a piece of wood for example) which can provide a habitat or are sprayed to control green algal bloom. The strains can inhibit the growth of bacteria causing green algal bloom or can destroy the bacteria causing green algal bloom.본 발명은 호기성 균주와 임의성 균주 중 하천 등 수중에 존재하는 조류를 제어하는 살조세균 또는 살조균 (algicidal bacteria)에 관한 것으로, 수중에서 발생된 녹조를 자연친화형으로 사전 제어는 물론 사후에라도 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 녹조발생 저감 및 제어가 가능한 자연친화형 살조균에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 녹조 발생원으로 알려진 남조류의 우점종인 Microsystis sp. (특히, Microsystis aeruginosa)를 획기적으로 제어하기 위한 Rhizobium sp, Aeromonas medis strain, Aeromonas caviae strain, Stenotrophmonas maltophilia strain 의 4종과, Anabana Flos-aquae를 효과적으로 제어하기 위한 Enterobacter sp., Arthrobacter sp., Comamonas sp., Enterobacter sp., Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strain, Microbacterium sp. 6종의 선택된 이들 미생물군을 목적하는 바에 따라 개별 또는 적절하게 혼합하여 서식 가능한 공간을 제공할 수 있는 미세공간(micropore)내 (예, 나무 조각 등) 고정하여 녹조를 제어하거나 살포하여 상기 녹조원인균의 성장을 저해하거나 사멸시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
