The invention relates to a method for the therapeutic treatment of keratinous substrate, mucous membrane or tooth comprising preparing a composition containing water, at least one therapeutically active ingredient, an organopolysiloxane X having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule, a hydrosilylation catalyst and an organohydrogensiloxane compound Y having at least two silicon bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule. At least one of compound X or Y is enclosed within microcapsules suspended in an aqueous phase, and the composition is applied in a galenic form preferably chosen from spray, foam, brush, pen or roller so that a hydrosilylation reaction between compounds X and Y occurs to form a film on the keratinous substrate, mucous membrane or tooth. The invention further extends to a delivery system and to a film comprising a cured silicone.L'invention concerne un procédé destiné au traitement thérapeutique d'un substrat kératineux, d'une membrane muqueuse ou d'une dent, comprenant la préparation d'une composition contenant de l'eau, au moins un principe actif sur le plan thérapeutique, un organopolysiloxane X présentant au moins deux groupes alcényle liés par silicium par molécule, un catalyseur d'hydrosilylation et un composé d'organohydrogénosiloxane Y présentant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène liés par silicium par molécule. Au moins un parmi le composé X ou Y est renfermé dans des microcapsules en suspension dans une phase aqueuse et la composition est appliquée dans une forme galénique de préférence choisie parmi un spray, une mousse, une brosse, un crayon ou un rouleau de sorte que la réaction d'hydrosilylation entre les composés X et Y a lieu pour former un film sur le substrat kératineux, la membrane muqueuse ou la dent. L'invention concerne en outre un système de distribution et un film comprenant une silicone durcie.
