PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom ground product and a mushroom powder that can be easily used and are excellent in versatility and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a mushroom ground product that produces a mushroom ground product using a dehydration process and a pulverization process. In the production method of a mushroom ground product, a raw material of the mushroom ground product is a dried mushroom, the dehydration process is a process that dehydrates a dehydration object that is a raw material before passing the pulverization process, in the pulverization process, a pulverization object is a dehydration mushroom dehydrated by the dehydration process.
