PURPOSE: A producing method of a lawn growing soil layer using mesh pieces is provided to prevent the deformation of the soil layer by the external tread pressure. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lawn growing soil layer using mesh pieces comprises the following steps: preparing the mesh pieces(100) having elastic force to the upward and downward direction； inserting the mesh pieces into a lawn layer(200)； laminating a clay layer(500) on the bottom； laminating a rubble and gravel layer(400) on the clay layer； laminating a sand layer(300) on the rubble and gravel layer； laminating the lawn layer with the mesh pieces over the sand layer； stomping on the lawn layer for reducing pores from soil inside the lawn layer； and planting lawn grass on the lawn layer.본 발명에서는 답압에 대한 변형이 잘 이루어지지 않도록, 소정의 메쉬 조각 (element)들을 다수 잔디층에 인입시켜 토양층을 형성시키는 기술을 제시한다. 상기 메쉬 조각들의 용수철 작용에 의하여, 잔디층에 압력이 가해지더라도 변형이 적고 복원은 쉽게 이루어지므로, 잔디층의 공극률이 유지된다. 이때 잔디층의 공극률은 메쉬 조각이 토양을 이루는 흙 입자의 간격을 이격시킨 채로 유지할 수 있기 때문에, 잔디 뿌리로의 산소 공급 및 수분,영양분 공급이 원활해지게 되는 것이다. 이에 따라, 잔디의 수명이 연장되며, 잔디 시스템 유지 관리 비용이 현저히 저하됨은 물론 잔디층의 변형 감소로 편평함을 유지한 상태로 운동장 등을 편하게 이용할 있게 된다.
